One week ago today, Imagine Yoga & Wellness had the pleasure of collaborating with Bust a Move Dance (BAMD) to offer an afternoon of fun, including a yoga practice for young adults with disabilities and friends at Little Norway Park in Toronto! A sincere thanks to all that came out and heaps of gratitude to Bust a Move Dance!
And a special shout out to our furry assistant teacher/guard dog, Archie!

This August 24 - 27, 2018 Imagine Respite Services partnered with Imagine Yoga & Wellness to offer a 4-day retreat in Keswick, Ont. The focus of the retreat was fun, healthy eating, yoga, relaxation, clean cooking and eating and spending time outside! And we had a hoot!
